Campground Spotlight-North Crest RV Park Waco, Texas

We’ve stayed at around a hundred RV parks over our years of travel. After a while, they all kind of run together. It isn’t very often that a park wows us. But, this time, we were impressed. North Crest RV park definitely takes the prize for customer service.

The owners at this park really went above and beyond to take care of us. We told her that we needed good Wifi to work, she gave us the password to her dad’s personal Wifi. We asked if they had cable, she was at our site within minutes offering to set it up herself.

I needed quarters for the laundry machine. She was taking care of a downed tree on the property and she dropped everything to come help me first. I said, “Oh, you sound really busy, I can wait.” “

No, customers come first, I’ll be right there.” She came immediately, driving up on her tractor to bring me change.

The grounds are very clean and well-kept. The sites are big and landscaped. There’s a tornado shelter on the premises which we ended up using. It’s a good location near interstate I35 and close to everything we needed.

The park isn’t huge and there isn’t a long list of amenities. But, the service is the best we’ve ever had. So, I just wanted to give a shout out and thank you to North Crest RV Park and Propane.
